Hi there!

Welcome on my ‘roof’.

ROOF gives artists a roof as a stage to tell their stories.

If you follow me on top you will get a beautiful (over)view of our best Belgian artists. A wide landscape of upcoming talents, rising stars or the ones you’re already fond of provide you of an awesome music blend.

Since I am not great at creating powerful sounds myself or reach high with my voice I share my Belgian favourites who can.

I’ll make sure you’ll get your funny, mindblowing stories to digest with some good music, beats and interesting personalities.

BIOGRAPHY of julie (the lady LIVING under the roof)

2013-09: I start my bachelor in Journalism at Thomas More Mechelen with the specialization in Radio and Online Journalism.

2016 – 02: I do an internship at BILL, a cultural website for youngsters. During these eight weeks I interview different bands and artists and I figure out that I’m really interested in their stories. I also get into concert photography. Which you can check at my Facebook page.

2017-08: At the classical music festival Collegium Vocale Crete Senesi in Tuscany I make videos about the masterclass students and their experiences.

At Pukkelpop I’m a photographer for the festival. It was a true bucketlist-experience. Thank you, Jokko!

2017-09: I’m photographer and videographer for the Belgian singer/songwriter Milo Meskens. I made the behind the scenes movie of the videoclip recordings for his newest single Twenty One and the picture for the cover. A week later I joined Milo on his tour to Vienna.
